1. What format is the volume purchase available in?
Currently all volume purchases are only available in MPEG-1 format, the high resolution and iPOD videos must be purchased on an individual basis

2. What is the difference in the formats?
IPOD Format - is precisely that, it has been specifically formated to work with iPODs and iPHONEs

MPEG-1 Format- is a standardized format that is recognized by all major worship software (ie. Easy Worship, Media Shout, etc.) Our MPEG-1 videos are 360 x 240 resolution. This resolution will give a clean image on an average projection system.

High Resolution Format - Our high resolution format is a full 720 x 480 compressed with the Sorenson 3 Codec, to make the file size manageable, and delivered in a quicktime movie format with a .mov extension. This resolution will deliver best quality on all projectors and screens and is also accepted by all major worship software.

3. Can I show these videos in my church or to a large audience?
Absolutely! that is exactly what they are for! The only exception is the iPOD format is designed for personal use and a single user license applies. You much purchase the MPEG1 or High Res format in order to utilize the video in a public setting.

When will I receive my video?
Instantly! You will immediately be taken to a download link, this link will also be e-mailed to the address you provide during the checkout process.

How long will it take to download my video?
Well that depends on a lot of variables. First and foremost it depends on your connection speed, secondly, it depends on which format your purchased and the video itself. The high resolution videos can be very large and take some time to download.
